A crime beyond imagination… a reality that tears hearts apart  Inside Israeli prisons , chapters of some of the most horrific crimes in human history are being written… Crimes that the mind can hardly believe and the heart can hardly bear  The story of the Palestinian prisoner Mohammed is one of thousands of stories that would make even stone weep, exposing the brutality of this الاحتلال   For seven full years, Mohammed lived in a cycle of deception and poison, after Israeli doctors convinced him he had cancer  He received regular “chemotherapy” doses, believing he was fighting the disease… But the الحقيقة was more horrifying than imagination —they were injecting him with carcinogenic and radioactive substances that slowly destroyed his organs   After twenty-five years in captivity, Mohammed was released in the latest exchange deal, carrying a body scarred by experiments and a soul exhausted by pain and betrayal  When he underwent medical examination in Gaza, the shock was devastating  Mohammed had never had cancer at all! Those “treatments” were internationally prohibited chemical experiments—not even allowed on rats or monkeys   The occupation would allegedly harvest prisoners’ organs after sedating them, first injecting drugs that caused severe abdominal pain, then taking them into operating rooms under the pretext of “treatment,” where their bodies were violated and their kidneys and vital organs taken  What kind of crime is this? What humanity could justify it?   Where are the international courts of justice? Where are human rights organizations? All remain silent in the face of a slow-burning tragedy endured by more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners, subjected to daily medical experiments and slowly killed inside Israeli prisons  Meanwhile… Israeli detainees released from Gaza emerge in good health and with high-level medical care , while our Palestinian prisoners return with broken bodies , eyes dimmed by pain , and hearts drained to their last beat  This is not just one story… It is the story of a nation suffering in silence for decades  Is there still a conscience in this world that hears Mohammed’s cries and those like him? Is there still humanity left?  Their families lost track of them inside prisons of injustice, living for long months in painful silence, hearing nothing but the echo of fear and انتظار. Days and weeks passed, while pain devoured the hearts of their loved ones, caught between broken hope and silent fear— not knowing whether they were alive, not hearing their voices that had disappeared.
